Successful management of mandibular first molars with endodontic-periodontal lesions – Two case reports

چکیده

The interrelationship between pulpal and periodontal disease primarily occurs through the intimate anatomic vascular connections pulp periodontium. purpose of this case report is to present treatment two cases mandibular first molars displaying endodontic-periodontal lesions with without use regenerative bone techniques. endodontic treatments were performed under an operating microscope in appointments. Later, therapy was a non-surgical approach one guided regeneration other. A 12-month radiographic clinical follow-up showed periapical healing both cases. demonstrates that interdisciplinary can help improve prognosis maintain natural dentition. Moreover, be guide wound towards lost structures.
